Highlights from AGM 2014

• The motion that was introduced last year to allow Supporting Members to vote along with an amendment to the motion to allow Supporting Members to also sit on the Board of Directors was passed.
• A total of seven members were elected for the  board and they join the two returning members for a total of nine on the Board of Directors.
• I would like to thank all the members that volunteered to serve on the Boards and especially to Niels John Nielsen and his wife Johanna for their many years of service. Niels leaves big shoes to fill, but he has fortunately agreed to stay on the Board for another year as Past President so we may benefit from his experience.
• Finally a big thank you to Jytte Larson for her years of service mailing our newsletter. We are fortunate that Gill Johansen has agreed to take over this important job.
